Life can often feel like a series of autopilot reactions. You might find yourself stuck in the same cycles, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or disconnected from the people who matter most.My approach is simple and relational. I provide a stable, confidential space, whether online or in-person in the Coastal West Sussex area, to help you slow down, understand your patterns, and decide what comes next.

Awareness

Moving past the "fog" to recognize the patterns and internal scripts that keep you stuck.

Spontaneity

Breaking free from autopilot. Learning that you have choices in how you respond to life today.

Intimacy

Developing the ability to be open and authentic with yourself and others.
